Users attest that are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into the agreements available in this website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.

Users also confirm that all information supplied by them, members of their family and/or fellow travellers is true and accurate.


Travel Documents

Hotel guests must be in possession of a valid passport or ID (for EU citizens) and a visa if necessary.


All rates are in euro and all taxes are included. Rates are subject to change without notice due to increases imposed by hotel and tour operators, currency fluctuation and fuel surcharges.

Online Booking

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking request.

Cancellation / Refunds

All cancellations requests must be in writing, and are in effect (24) hours after the date they reach our office. The cancellation can only be made by the same person who made the booking with the following conditions:

a) If you cancel 30 days before your expected arrival, you are entitled to a full refund.

b) If you cancel 29 days before expected arrival, then you should pay 50% of the total amount for the agreed period.

c) In case of cancellation during your stay, you should pay 50% for the remaining of the agreed period.

d) In a ‘no show’ case you will be charged 100% of the total amount due.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Respect of our customers’ privacy is of utmost concern to us. We never sell the names of individual customers or any other information drawn from their personal profiles to third parties. All direct communication between you and us (whether by e-mail, facsimile, telephone or postal mail) remains confidential. For the purposes of reserving your trip and processing the transaction related thereto, however, we do require certain basic personal information.

Health Requirements

Any physical or mental disability requiring special attention to treatment must be noted at time of reservation.


All facilities are smoking-free.

Complaint procedure

Should you wish to complain for whatever reason regarding your accommodation, you have to contact the accommodation manager.
